its seems so difficult to get admission in any recognized university with such low grades.

dude....dont even think of permanent residany in the begning...u will committ mistake in ur process and reslt up in potential immigrant. If u wanna apply as Immigrant, be that way...if not studen visa is simpplest and fast. in the end, ur choice....
