Help my daughter

I from Yemen and I live in Hodiedah -Yemen.

I am a father of a eleven years old daughter. My daughter is a "special needs kids".

Her condition is dramatically worsening because the simplest needs for daily life are not available any more, hence no electricity, no clean drinking water, no proper food, and the most important thing is total absence of public health and medical care and the spread of Cholera disease nowadays. Not to mention the life threatening actions that take place continuously everyday (random air strikes, shooting, bomb blasting). War in Yemen threatens her survival every single moment.

Every day, I fear that my daughter would leave us and pass away. Though I am her father but It seems that I am standing useless because I can not do anything for her under such circumstances. What is her fault to live like this and in this country?

I wrote this message for help her to travel out of Yemen to Canada by the government sponsor. For give her survive and in a safe place.

In order to be eligible as a refugee, you would need to leave Yemen and be recognized as a refugee by the UNHCR in a third country. At that point the process for relocation begins. Note that you may not end up in Canada but another "safe" country. The process can take several years.
The other choice is to obtain a TRV for Canada and claim refugee status in the country. Again, this can also take some time and depending on your basis of claim, can be rejected and subject you and your family to deportation.

No i have not but i can try to find five people

You still have to be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR if you want to use the Group of Five sponsorship process. You cannot skip this step.

Unfortunately even with a private sponsorship it could be a couple of years.
