HELP - my CSQ approved but i dident get it. (mailing issue) what to do?

Hi everyone!
im in the prossess of immigrating to quebec with the family class sponsorship (my wife is the canadian citizen)
and we are now at the last stage with the immigration office in tel aviv.
the problem is that we got a notice that our CSQ got approved and apparntly was sent to my wife address in canada insted of my lawyer address but its been already over a week and we dident get anything regarding the CSQ on mail but my file has already being sent to tel aviv for the final stage from what my lawyer told me..

now me and my wife are now in israel and my lawyer told me i will need those papers when i land in canada although it does not delay my prossess..
so in order to be ready the question is how do i get them or a copy of them????

If I understand corectly you are both in Israel and its no one in Canada to receive this CSQ, which is very important for your application.

Now, solution would be this one:

Have someone go to your wife's place and take the CSQ copie and resend it to your actual adress...I don't know...

This is just a thought...good luck!

thank you for answering! you got it right right now we are both in israel but we do have someone who take cares of our mail in our address and its been a week since we got the confirmation that the CSQ got approved but no mail even though they say they sent it there.... maybe i can get a copy somehow?

If it is not in your wife's mail box then you should still wait.

A wek its not so long ago until they send it.

It shoud arrive in the mail very soon and then have it mail it to you asap, becouse I think its the only copie you get from MICC.

Thank you I.N! i hope your right.. because i heard alot of people having issue with getting the CSQ to the right address or its being lost somehow... but dont they send 1 copy to my wife and another to the office in Tel-Aviv that is prossesing my file? maybe i can ask them for a copy in the worst case scenerio...

I know they send only one copie and this is sended by mail to the sponsor adress. (I don't know how can you get another copie)
They don't send it to our VO, you have to do it by yourself, its required to be sended a copie (not the original) right away, just after you received by mail or email to your VO, Tel-Aviv in your case.

I guess you can call them (MICC- CIC) to ask for another copy. otherwise, write mail, complain that the letter of MICC lost. Call Call call. it works sometimes!

For CIC, u can call outside Canada through a special number. google, u will find

thank you for answering linh! i will try that! what is the different between CIC and MICC sorry for this silly question but i know CIC is canada official immigration website but i do not know what MICC stand for...
does anyone know the number we can call from outside canada?
