Not sure why you are asking this question in an immigration forum and even under an Education thread, Why do you need to know, do you have a medical issue or are you looking to find a course in dermatology ?
If you are an IMG who studied dermatology it will be essentially impossible to get a residency spot in dermatology. This is a high demand residency where there are are long lists of Canadian students competing for limited spots. Unless you are from a country where you don’t have to repeat your residency as an IMG you should be considering other countries if you want to continue practicing medicine.
