hi every one please help....
i have almost completed my docs for spousal immigration.but i have some question please help me.
1) we dont have children should we fill sponsor evaluation form.?
2)my second cousin he is AP in college can he certify my copies of docs.and then get stamp from notary or oath commisioner..?
3)my elder brother is serving in Pakistan army should i fill some other form...?
4)should i submit my educational docs with application processing...?

1) Sponsor evaluation form has nothing to do with children. It is related to the sponsor in Canada who will be evaluated first so it's mandatory to fill it.

2) Follow the application guide/instructions regarding who can certify. We got our docs certified straight from a notary public.

3)Refer to country specific forms, if
there any form where they require this info then fill it The forma keeps updating so I don't remember.

4) Only if it's requested in the checklist.
