Dear Seniors,
Just now i calculated my CRS through this link https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html and it shows 818 points.So can i able to apply PR through express entry or CEC. My NOC code is B.But my ielts score is just CLB 5.I am currently working in canada and i have job offer and LMIA.
I would be really appreciated if someone could response my concerned.

According to my understanding, you do not qualify for Express Entry as your IELTS is CLB 5 or equivalent, you at least need CLB 7 to qualify for EE. Though I'm new to this forum, my suggestion would be if you look at CIC's website, and see if you are eligible to apply for EE.

Eligible only for FST. If you're not applying under FST, you'll need to retake IELTS and get at least 6 in each section.
