Please help me in choosing NOC code.

I am working in a university as an assistant professor and I am teaching diploma students from the past 10 years. I was bachelors when I joined the university back in 2009 and i have done my masters in 2015. My position was of lecturer from 2009 to 2015 July and then promoted to assistant professor from 2015 onwards .

Please clear my doubts about these questions.

1. Should I select noc 4021 or noc 4011.
2. If I select NOC 4011 my qualification from 2009 to 2015 was only bachelor's but minimum qualification required was either masters or Ph.D in noc 4011. Will my experience be counted.
3. My roles and responsibilities exactly matches will 4021.

In my opinion, I would choose 4021, because of your duties and responsibilities. I also think this would not matter, if you are applying under FSW. In theory, since 2015 you have been working with a MS degree for a job (4021) that only requires a bachelor (if I read correctly) and that's at least 4 years of work experience.

Really thanks for your opinion i also think its NOC 4021 as my roles and responsibilities are more aligned to it as compared to NOC 4011 as i am teaching diploma students which is a technical education.
