HELP ME regarding visa form

DEAR,
My name is Rohin Roy Dheer, I am from Pakistan. I got admission letter from dalhousie university Canada. I have few quires regarding visa application form.
1.. If I have to send all my educational documents includes my degree??? OR I can send notrified...IF i will send original one then how i will manage there in Karachi for different job interviews during this time of visa processing.. I have only one set of notrified document do need to notrified them again or just make photo copy of them.
2.. Personal statement which I have to send for visa is the same one which I sent at the admission time at the university.
3.. Can anyone give me sample of affidavite which i have to make..
4.. If I need fill the temporary visa from along with study permit form.. and if i have to fill this form then i don't understand last section of temporary visa form.. in which it is written that ( you don't have to fill this portion at this time you may be asked to fill infront of visa officer)...so what i have to do just leave it alone????

1: you have to send original educational documents and a copy of them as well. fedex people asked me to provide them
2:u should write a strong statement of purpose to make ur application strong.It is not necessary to send the same one that u send to the university.
3:i dont have a sample of affidavit . go to katchery(lawyers place) they have samples of them.
4:you have to fill the schedule 1 form. leave the last portion of that form. it is written already there that u dont have to fll that last section.

1. You have to send all previous education documents in Original

2. You will edit you Statement of purpose so that it answers the following questions:
why canada, why this uni, why this course, home ties,

3. You can get affidavit from any lawyer, they have it ready with them.

4. You need to fill the folowing forms only (amusing you are not minor)
MM1294 E,
IMM5257B,
IMM5483E,
IMM5645E
Yes, leave that section without entering any details.

I asked the kachary notary public person regarding affidavit. He said that I have to bring the affidiavit material on my own.. they don't have any sample of it... I just wana know what kind of information should be in it so that i can write on my own... if there is any sample of affidavit given by canadian embassy???

1. That you are resident of Pakistan
2. You will be sponsored by xyz and funds detail
3. You got admission in this uni
4. You will return back to pakistan
5. you will not seek help from any public fund etc
