help me regarding submission of medical test receipt received..

guys i want to now the piece of paper that my medical doctors gave to me,which is a carbon copy of hand written made by them,do i have to file that or i have to get it photocopied than attach that in my file..??

no need to submit that its ur copy....the original one will be sent to embassy directly....wat i knw

Make a copy and keep it to yourself. Get a colour scan if you are very much interested. Attach the original. Thats what the DMP told me and thats what I did.

attach original bro....it is mentioned in spp checklist...
you can take a photocopy of it for future reference ....
