You can also apply for study visa in general catogory wherein you pay 1st semester fees and show the rest amount totaling to living expense and remaining semester fees in sponsor or your bank account or show as a valuation of Gold,FD, etc.
however paying $10200 to novascotia for living expense for 1 year is added benefit. I hope this is understandable.
