I am from Afghanistan and i am 18 yeas old, i want to study aviation in Canada and i have got the acceptance letter from the flying school
my brother have a business and also my dad.

i have added my brothers business documents +my dad's
my home country property papers
my family information
and all other papers regarding ties in my first apply
but still they rejected me
this time i have a job letter and higher bank balance
so its enough to re apply again for study permit ?

please help !!!!

Apply for CAIPS first to learn the reason you got rejected initially. Then prepare your application accordingly in order to prove that the circumstances that led to your inadmissibility don't apply to your case any longer. Personally, I would consider going to a US-based flight school as the tuition fees and weather conditions are far better.

The reasons are:
1. you have not satisfy the officer that you will leave Canada in the end of the period.
2. travel history.
3. purpose of visit.


A. i have shown all my ties.
B. i am a student where should i travel and to which country ? .
if i apply visitor visa for Germany,UK,Poland,USA, other European countries they wont give me the visa that easy because i am still a teenage and they will think the same and say the same thing which Canada VO said.
C. My purpose of visit is to study there.

You could go with your parents to Europe /Australia/NZ. Or to go as exchange student to Europe/Australia.

CIC does not understand why a teenager wants to go to flight school in Canada.
It looks they consider you have to start with a school in you country, get some experience and then go to Canada.

If you dream is to flight - do something for it. Not necessary in Canada. Prove CIC that this is your goal and not just get to Canada.

I apply first time and they refused my application in first 10 days
I did re-apply again and my application was revived by CIC on 15th of many
And I also went for biometrics
And now it's 16th of June still I didn't received any information about my application from cic
Any one know why is that ?

what is your goal?? do you want to get into canada? or are you really going to study? or both??

then you should first do some course in your own country, if not possible, the write a strong SOP and re apply.
