Hi there,
I applied for my inland sponsorship in November 2015. I am confused because before coming to Canada I was in china for 1 year. I went to china in January 10, 2013 until December 2013 at that time I was 17 and I became 18 years old in china on 4 December and on 28 December 2013, I left china. So after being 18 years old I just spend 24 days in china. Can anybody tell me whether I need a police clearance certificate from china. Because I stayed in china for 24 days after my 18th birthday and CIC site says that anywhere you stayed more than 6 consecutive months after 18 year old. So please tell me whether I need a police clearance certificate from china or not. Because for the whole period of time I was 17 not an adult and when I became adult (18) I just spent the 24 days which is not equivalent to 6 consecutive months. All experts please reply? Thank you in advance
