I got my DM letter day after getting my PR

They are on Dec applicants now. As mine started Dec 8 and got my first landing appointment March 17 but we had to reschedule. (A little less than a month after Med was received) So we got our Landing Appointment/ PR on May 2.

Try to not fill the CITY OF BIRTH. Instead press the space bar which will leave it unfilled. This worked for me and so as for other people. Let me know if it's worked

Some applicants doesn't get their AOR at all or they already have their OWP before they get their AOR. Did you apply for OWP? Regardless, you should give them a call coz you can since 4 months had already passed

No you don't have to you should be fine you have a lot of time you will probably get your OWP before your Visa expire
