HELP ME IN MY SOP

Hey!
I got my offer letter from Kpu surrey on 9th jan. I am done with my medics and fees and waiting for the reciept. I have to write a very strong sop as my profile suks.
10th- 8.2 CGPA
12th- 54.2%
Only 39 in maths
Got Offer letter for 'CRIMINOLOGY' course which is of arts but I am a non med student.
What should I write in sop now. Should I mention my marks?

I scored 39 in maths 66 in eng. 62 in phy.edu and 52,53 in physics chem
So my agent suggested me to choose irrlevant course :/
