Assuming he/she has not started to prepare the application as yet, it would seem like trying for FSW 2013 at this stage for the "computer hradware engg" NOC category would be a waste of time.sheikh958 said:

if you want to try, do it. if the cap reach for your NOC fills then you application will be returned to you. but have you done your ECA? if yes then there is still a chance to apply if not then i suggest no chance. because ECA from WES takes a month, having said that it is the fastest credential assessment service in canada.

And Have a Exam Date for ielts is 17 aug..

it takes 7 days from the time when your documents reaches to wes. overall the whole processs takes a month. docs from your country, they receive it, then they dig out your order no, check your documents and then start changing your status. i did my self with international express delivery and was recieved to me on the 30th day.
