I am willing go to Canada as a transfer student. That means I am currently enrolled in a post secondary institution.

In the Education section of the form, I am being asked whether I have taken any post secondary education before. Should I tick Yes? I am confused because I haven't completed or gotten any degree yet. So what date should I write in the To field (the ending date).

In the Employment section, I have nothing to write as I have never done any job or work. Should I leave it totally blank?

You will indicate from the day you started to the last day you will finish before travelling to Canada. You don't to hold the paper yet, on your SOP you will explain why you want to transfer to Canada.

Employment section, indicate student

I haven't received any transfer credit statement yet. I have to mail them final and sealed transcript first.
