help me confirm courier address

Hi I am submitting an outbound application (sponsoring my wife).

The guide says to mail the package to :

Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4N6

This is through regular mail. I want to send it via courier or registed mail. Something where there is a tracking number and someone has to sign for it. ( I put too much work into this to have it get lost in the mail )

I read in another post that if you are sending through courier to send it here:

Case Processing Centre - Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON L4Z 1H8

Can someone confirm this address for me? It isn't anywhere in the guide and am worried this address may be out of date or something.

In positive 99% send the applications by courier due to the nature of what is being sent. I sent it to the first address you posted.

I am in India and used FEDEX Courier service to send the package to the CIC on the below following address:

Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4N6

Both are fine, but for courier the second address is the correct one. I sent mine using Fedex to the first address by mistake but it still got there without problems. Most couriers like DHL, UPS, and Fedex will not deliver to PO Box addresses because they need someone to physically sign for them.So use this for courier:

Case Processing Centre - Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON L4Z 1H8
