I think I have missed something here. It's 1.2CGPA out of 4. I will update the first post, so no one gets confused.

I understand it's bad, Unfortunately, it's a mistake that I will have to pay for in my life. I understand it was a huge mistake. I really want to overcome it.

Consider other options but unlikely your CGPA and the backlogs remains unchanged even if you change your SOP and program of study

How can the VO believe you're a genuine student with that grades?

Yes, but I really want to have give a shot by changing my SOP and program of study once.

You don't need to write an SOP for that. The VO can determine that from your grades.
