Help!...Just starting to process my documents

joy0726: saan destination mo sa canada? direct hire kb?FCA ako sa MCDonalds..last year p ako nag apply kso feb. umusad ang processing nun smn kc nun lang dumating job order nmn..then May dumating LMO, patient lang talaga s paghhntay..syempre ksmang Dasal lng lagi..

sa High Prairie Alberta po ako...yup, direct hire...sana nga maging maayos ang lahat and maapprove tayo Tama ka din jan dapat may kasamang dasal talaga kasi powerful yun.

madzie22: un nga kaya maraming nareject din sa kasabayan ko kasi dapat daw currently employed daw..dahil ang ginagawa daw ng mga maraming pinoy hindi na bumabalik dito sa pinas, kasi nga wala ng trabahong babalikan..kaya ako still in Mcdonalds

naku kinabahan naman ako jan...wala akasi ako work full time mommy ako pero think positive pa din kung will ni Lord na ibigay sa akin tong work na to alam ko ibibigay nya

hi po!.. as of now wala pa LMO namin ng auntie ko.. huhuhu. sobrang tagal ata. near-end of june ata ngfile LMO yung employer nmin.. anyways..positive thinking pa din. heheh.. pero okay na din madelay labas ng LMO para naman makagspend pa ng christmas at new year d2 sa philippines while waiting for the visa. and at the same time, makareceive pa ng bonus.hahaha

ou nga pla, panu po magandang strategy to get my COE from my current employer??? baka kasi isipin magreresign nko. i dont want to resign unless sure n ang visa ko.hehe gathering my documents palang in case dumating n LMO namin para diretso na agad sa visa.hehe..

according to my xerox copy of my application 4 work permit s employment naksulat give details of ur employment 4 the past 10yrs..kaya may nakalagay dun n current at previous occupation, from-to, year and month are indicated to so kaya ako from company to franchise magkaiba ang COE ko, kasi nagstart ako as company..kya dapat tama ang record, ksi hiningian din ako SSS record ng agency ko..at till now currently employed padin ako..hope makatulong sau..LMO pinakamatagal 3 months ata pinakamatagal..Pray kalang..

better informed your company as early as now, that your are having application. so u can expext the support from them, esp that u will be asking for employmentcert. so that they will not be shocked, and give them the guarantee that u will not leave the company immediately...

just like what i did.. i am updating my HR as I started my app and its status, til the day i resigned..

pano po kung yung employer ko for a year now hindi nagreremit ng sss, philhealth ko po voluntary, pano pag hiningan ako ng sss static info?

ano pong gagawin ko? :'(

@madzie, hmm. mabilis lang po ninyo nakuha certificate of employment nyo sa HR nun nung ng confess po kayo about sa applications nyo? cguro po pag dumating na LMO ko po saka ko sabihin sa HR namin.. haha. ayoko lang po talaga magresign hanggat wala pa yung plane ticket. ang hirap magtake risk at mawalan ng work tapos denied naman ang visa,,

ano po mgandang sbhin sa hr "na di po ko mgreresign hangat wala po ako visa? meaning im applying for visa, once granted=resign, denied= continue to work.. parang selfish po pero sa tingin nyo po okay lang? First work ko po toh.hehe

The time ive asked them, they immediately asked me why do i need.. then i didnt hide it from them, since ive been positive that i will be having the visa and soon be leaving.. hehe..
so i explained to them,,that i am processing for a visa application to canada.. and i just told them that, it might take long, since processing here is 1-6months.. so, they dont worry much..
but i told them that, mybe between 1-3 months i might have a feedback. so they have asked again, what will i do next if i will received my visa.. then honestly told them i will leave,,, because a compny doesnt have the authority to hold you back once u resign..

then,, after receiving the visa. the next day, i submitted my resignation letter. since, we need to give 30 days notice. time for handing over our work.. unfortunately, i think they are bitter bec it has been an issue.. hehe.. 3 weeks have passed they havent get back on me for the status until i forwarded my itinerary to them.. hehe.. so wether they like it or not, i must go.. hehe

@ madzie, muka pong di nagustuhan ni company ang pagreresign nyo.hehe. Does it mean na if ever the visa will be denied (knock on wood), i can still work for them without feeling awkward? just tell them that i didnt get the visa? katakot po baka humanap sila agad ng replacement eh.

just give them assurance that ur not leaving yet.. u will be starting to process. and for whatever update u will also inform them..
rather than, resigning while processing ur paper.. bec u dont have any guarantee yet of the visa approval. and pne factor, i guess that they are considering while applying is if your currently working.. thats why i advise you, just continue working while ur papers are on process..

yehey! thanks madzie. very much help from the start! thank you! will tell it to HR once my LMO arrived. and hopefully maintindihan nila once sinabi ko and wag ako ipush away after hearing it from me.

ofcourse they will understant.. but it will depends on how u will approach them.. approach them humbly esp you will be needing somthing from them.. lol be the nicest person u can be,, hehehe ..
other req is ready for your app? only LMO ur waiting and the COE?

Yes madzie, just the LMO, the COE, visa photos, bank certificate and payment. thats all i need to proceed. hehe since madali nlang nmn kunin yung mga yun. unlike sa LMO and COE. hehe. hope to receive my LMO soon. gnun kaya talaga katagal ngayon? I keep praying..
