Help! Inland PR how to get first PR card.

Hi everyone, I'm a inland applicant and the application was approved on Feb 27, 2021. However, I did not receive any instructions (such as where to send my photos or COPR) to get my first PR card. I guess the letter was lost during mailing. I tried to contact IRCC webform but no one replied. I'm wondering if the letter or the instruction is necessary, could someone just tell me the address to send my photos so I can just send them without the letter.

I have been waiting for my first pr card since I received eCOPR which was June 25,2021.
Is anybody else on the same boat as me?
