Help....inland or outland!

hi there, im in need of a bit of help!

Im a canadian PR and my wife is a US citizen. We recently submitted a spouse sponsorship PR application to CPC-mississagua for an Inland application.

But after looking at the timelines (around 12-18months for outland Vs 28 for inland) and on various forums, i think we have made a mistake and should of sent it OUTLAND, as the processing time for outland are way quicker.

Are we able to get back out application and resend it for an outland process? we sent it aound 2 weeks ago.

Absolutely! You can even use the same receipt.

The only advantage for the Inland application is the Open Work Permit (~ 4 months) as long as the applicant is in, and maintains, legal status.

Yes...and yes!

Outland for most Americans takes ~ 6-9 months.
