Read third line from the point Passport. It clearly says to submit PCC from embassy or passport seva. I would recommend passport seva kendra.hello hopefully my linked images shows.

Im not familiar with india.
In Phillipines we have regional and national police clearance and i thought it was the same scenario
But people in india keep saying that there is only 1 kind of pcc
Please help brothers
In reality, there are 2 types of PCC in India.
1. From Passport Seva Kendra
2. From Delhi Police
As the name says, POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE, both works, because eventually, Passport Seva Kendra asks your local police station to get the in-person verification done.
The certificate you get from the passport seva kendra is released by the Delhi Police HQ.
I would suggest you to book an online appointment at your PSK for PCC, pay, visit the PSK to submit docs.
