help in study pernit payment

my question is about the bank draft option.

in the website they are saying that the bank draft must be addressed to the "Receiver General for Canada", but
there is no address or any name or account number. so how should I address the bank draft

should i send the draft with my study permit application so they would know that i have paid.

Bank draft doesn't include any account number ... You can go to any bank and tell them to make bank draft in 125CAD , in the favour of Receiver general for Canada ... Then you have to send that with your application ...
