I need help in answering for form imm533e. Thank you in advance.

"SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR SPONSORED PERSONS"
"Section 7a) Are you and your spouse currently living together?"

My answer is No and I only have 1 item that is Proof of Contact.
So my question is do I need to check the box for "If you did not check at least two boxes above"?

My understanding is that is that question is only to be answered if I had said Yes to currently living and not able to provide two items.

Your understanding is wrong. It applies to all of the boxes. If you're not living together and can't provide proof of contact AND proof of visits, you must provide the written explanation.
