Help in Form IMM 0008

Hello,

I am US Citizen staying in canada with my wife on visitor visa. We are planning to stay in Canada now and would like to put a Permanent Residency File. I was filling out Form IMM 0008 and there is a question # 4 "Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application". What should i answer to that question. Should I put CPP-Ottawa or Should i put Los Angeles as an Immigration Office?

From my understanding, you would put LA.
You give all of your papers to your wife and then she sends them in with her papers to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (ONT).
They will send them to LA from there.
