Can anyone has idea what i have to select citizen to be filled in IMM0008 in case of tibetan refuge born and brought up in india? I dont see Tibet in the option of citizen? Any help is appreciated..

Tibet is not recognized as a country by Canada. You were born in India - does India recognize you as a citizen? I assume yes, so put India. If India does not recognize children born in India to refugees as Indian citizens, report back here and we will investigate further.
We have travel document issued by Indian passport authority. Officially to world we are Chinese but we dont accept it.. so what should i write?goodman36 said:

I understand where you are coming from and I support it. However, your goal is to come to Canada. Since you have travel document issued by Indian Government, why can't you use India as the Country of Residence/ Citizenship?tenzin Namgyal said:

Yes.. I know about it.. I am falling into this catagory who by law can claim Citizen of india but there is some restrictions and procedures within the Exile Tibetan Govt in Dharamsala.. I dont know process of demanding citizen of india...
If i write india, i am afraid CIC may return my file back... so i just want to make sure before it goes out of my hand.....any input here is appreciated...

I'd choose India, then attach a note to that form explaining your situation.

To you i guess should opt got Bhutanese coz Bhutanese govt do deliver their citizen to tibetan if one ask for.
