Help in Filling LMIA details in EE profile

I have a PGWP and got an LMIA from my Employer to support my PR. What should I fill in following fields in EE profile in Intended work in Canada?

Is Gurvinder Singh's job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
-I've a PGWP and it doesn't have that but I got an LMIA to support my PR through my employer. So answer for this will be no?

Has Gurvinder Singh been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)
-I'm completing one year in march, so I guess this will be 'no'?

Four digit NOC code of current work permit
- As mention earlier, my work permit is PGWP, LMIA is for PR only, what should i fill here?

Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?
- What to answer for this?

My number of hours have changed in the new offer after LMIA, so should I put my job as two different ones? One with earlier number of hours and one with current number of hours?

Congratulations for the LMIA. You'll get 50 points unless your NOC code starts with 00.

1:- No, its a post-graduate work permit. You'll have to apply for LMIA work permit, but you don't have to.
2: - In order to apply under CEC, you'll have to complete 12 months of full-time paid work experience or equal amount of part-time (from the date your work permit was issued). If you haven't completed it, wait till you complete it. But you should create your profile so that the answer will be "No" for now.
3: - I have the same PGW, and I put the same NOC code I'm applying under. It depends: my studies were directly related to the kind of work I'm doing.
4: - Yes, your LMIA is positive.

Create two jobs: First with XX no of hours and second with new hours you are getting right now. Remember, you'll have to submit two job letters including your change of positions, hours, job duties, pay, etc. It should be printed on Company's head letter. This is the format. Tweak it. Check http://www.jobbank.gc.ca for your job duties.

After ITA, you will be asked,

1: - Offer of Employment
2: - Employment Records (Will change according to the no. of employers you worked for)
3: - Letter of Employment
