I have question about the forms below, i am applying conjugal:

Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union (IMM 5409)
Use of Representative (IMM 5476)
Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP)

I decided to submit it even though its not applicable to us. i just wrote not applicable on the top page.

WOULD THAT BE OK?

You don't have to, you can just write NA on the document checklist, but if it makes you feel better you can print and just write NA on the forms. :)

i read the guidelines and it doesnt say anywhere that if it does not apply to you, do not submit it.

so i decided to submit all the forms and i just put N/A on the form it self.

If a form is not required at all, it doesn't need to be submitted. As mentioned, can just write "not applicable" in the checklist.

First line on the checklist states: "Put an X in the box corresponding to the documents you are enclosing". So if you don't enclose something, don't put an X beside it. If CIC demanded you submit every document whether required or not, they wouldn't even have given this option.

Yes, It says on the sponsor checklist. "Put an X in the box corresponding to the documents you are enclosing, if you do not enclose all the required forms and documents your entire application will be returned to you."

I decided to submit all the forms and i just wrote N/A to those forms like Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union (IMM 5409), Use of Representative (IMM 5476), Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP)

Will the application will be returned back to me?

"if you do not enclose all the required forms"

Those forms are not required. As stated above several times, it's ok to not include them and put 'not applicable' or 'not required' in the checklist. Countless people have done this with no problems.

My understanding is i need to submit all required forms. It doesnt say write NA on checklist if you are not enclosing it.

Anyway i have submitted it. I just wrote NA on the forms. Do you think it will cause problems?

You only submit forms that are APPLICABLE TO YOU, and write N/A on the checklist for those that are not applicable. Eg if you are sponsoring your spouse and not using a consultant, there is no need to complete
Stat Dec of common-law, use of representative and additional dependants (if your dependants are less than 5 dependants as there are 5 spots on the Gen application form for dependants.

Including those firms will not pose any problem; it's just not necessary.

I don't think you understand what the word "required" means.

Yes you must submit all REQUIRED forms. You do not have submit any forms that are not required for your case.

If you did submit non-required forms and just put NA through them, that is fine also as CIC will just disregard them. It's just unnecessary.
