If you tried to save the form as a file to your computer (
right click on the link in cic.gc.ca - then select Save link as - this will download the contents of the link as a file to your computer) and still cannot view the file you downloaded from your computer. then update your Adobe acrobat reader first to the new version and reopen the file from your computer.
Do not open or click on the link (left click) directly on the browser you are using - browsers need to be updated also to properly display the forms. If you are doing this, then you need to download the form first as I described above (right click - Save link as), save to your PC, then open the downloaded file in your PC via your file explorer/finder.
