Hello all:

Can someone kindly assistance me with the signature page (last page) of the IMM 1334.
it has three lines of signatures which are as follows:
1) Sponsor's Signuature
2) Signature of sponsor's spouse or common-law partner (if co-signer)
3) Signature of sponsored person (principal applicant)

ok so in my case I am sponsoring my husband, but not sure about signature 2 (Signature of sponsor's spouse or common -law partner)
what we have done so far is I signed "signature 1" (Sponsor's signature) and my huband signed "signature 3" (signature of sponored person)
does my husband (who I am sponsoring) have to sign on signature 2 (Signature of sponsor's spouse or common-law partner)

oh my I hope this makes sense......but really need an answer, I want to submit this entire package by tomorrow and was going over everything and was concerned if we did this part right.

thanking you all for your assistance.

Im thinking the second signature is for a co-signer (if applicable) ????? and in my case I do not have a co-signer, I am the sponsor.

thank you all..............awaiting answers :-\ :-\

Leave it blank

So how does one do this when your spouse is residing in a different country and is not currently in Canada?? Can the signatures be electronic copies so that the document can be sent back and forth electronically via email? Or do I have to sign it, courier it to India (at a cost of about 100.00 or so) have him sign it and then courier it back (at another cost of about 100.00 or so)?? Is his signature absolutely required??

Signatures must be original, not scanned.

Or just have him print it out, sign it and send it to you with the rest of his forms....

Yes, his signature is absolutely required.

I sent all my husband's forms through to his email. He filled them out and courier everything back to me and then I signed my part. I also had him validated both forms too because his signature was required, then he printed the validated forms and added them to the DHL package sent to me in canada - it a big process but that's the only way I guess, also all the correspondence i ever sent to him by mail was also sent back to me as part of our supporting documents - I am now done and want this out asap- my package is Hugh !!!! - good luck
