hi everyone.
I was filling out the IMM 0008 Schedule 1 and in number 11 (personal history) I wasnt sure in what to put, I held a one year work permit...
1. do I have to provide details of every little single job I had?? even if it was for only 2 weeks?? some where through a temps company so I was sent to different places for short periods of time.
2. in my last job I stayed longer to the expiring date of the permit...should I write down the real period I worked or only up to when my permit expired??? :-\
I found this info at the CIC website:
The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) exempts certain groups from the excessive demands assessment. These include family class sponsored spouses, common-law partners and their dependent children...Examples of failure to comply with IRPA include the following:
•temporary residents who do not comply with conditions of entry—for example, they stay longer than authorized, or work or study without the necessary permits
Do you think this will apply to me??
Has anyone had a similar situation and yet have got their PR or if still in precess had no problems with that??
PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVICES!!
THANKS!!
