Hi everyone,

Please someone could help me!

I sent my application to the cic in Feb 2014, and I received a request said I didn't sent my original criminal record from my own country, then I sent it right away to the centralized intake office where was the same address I sent my appliction to.

But today I just realized I shoud sent the additional required document to the CIO correspondentce case processing agent. And it is the different address. What should I do? Coz I just get know today, it has been about one year. Omg...I am so afraid of lose my whole documents!

Please help me!

Thank you!!!!!!!!!

I think fastest solution is to call up the place where you wrongly sent the docs and place a call back OR re-direct request. Alternately prepare another copy of that docs from local designated police station and submit at right place with detailed covering letter explaining the mistake.
