I am a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration Graduate but my work experience is 7 years nanny and more than 2 years housekeeper. Someone is willing to be my sponsor in Manitoba. Am I eligible? Thank you very much,

In our case AMA (Argentinean Manitoba Assossiation) was given the faculty by de Manitoban Government to sponsor argentinean nominees.
You can check if there is any kind of association that can sponsor you.

You should visit the PNP website for Manitoba if you haven't already. Was that helpful in figuring out your eligibility?

You can also try taking the CIC Express Entry questionnaire. If you complete that and have a certain number of points (~500 I think) then you may be able to apply directly for PR through CEC or one of the other non-PNP categories. The Express Entry program is new and went into action on Jan 1 2015 so unfortunately I don't know a lot about it.
