Help: I forgot to attach the additional family information form for SINP

Hello,

I am a single applicant. My query is that while submitting my SINP application on 30 January 2019, I forgot to attach the additional family information form (parents and siblings) hence I submitted an incomplete application. Worst of all, I accidentally indicated that the form was not applicable in my situation.

I just realized this recently. What should I do? What are the implications of my mistake? Should I send an email to SINP? And if so, what should I tell them? Will it have an implication on the approval of my application? I urgently need some guidance and I will be grateful to receive your responses. Thanks.
