HELP! I delivered my application with a wrong IMM5406E, what should I do now?

Dear ALL members:

My wife and I have just applied the FSW 54, and the application arrived at CIO before April.30. Unfortunately, after the application was delivered, i found that an IMM5406E which was signed by my wife was wrong. The applicant is me, which should be my wife, and the spouse is my wife, which should be me.

I just delivered a correct IMM5406E form as a substitute and an explanation letter to CIO.

Would they accpet, or reject my application?

I did the same thing as well but on a different form. I signed it instead of my husband, I sent my app 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything yet. I just did a CSE and am sending the corrected form in the mail tomorrow. Can i ask what happened?
