Hi all. I need HELP please

I was found ineligible by "welcome to canada tool"

My noc 1241 administrative assistant
I am targeting skilled workers immigration ee program
I am from egypt .& i have work experience in my country 6 years plus
Note i work since 2000 under different titles (executive secretary, office manager & currently executive assistant since 2010 ..though the 3 titles have different nocs but 1241 is the most relevant to my actual role & experience).so i put 1241 whenever it comes to noc.

I finished ielts last oct with band score is 6.5 in reading, listening and speaking. & got 6 in writing . So general band score is 6.5 & clb is 7

I finished my eca (wes ) & the canadian equivalency is bachelors degree 4 years in addition to one semester (mba). N.b. therefore the master is not complete.

I am single divorced. Born in 1979

Cash to bring to ca is 25k-29 k

These are all my answers
I have no relatives in canada. No provincial nomination. No job offer. No work experience in canada.

What shall i do

I can create profile but if i submit it , it will be perceived as ineligible & thus it will be useless

From where shall i start
Shall i find job offer first or apply at pnps

Hi,

That's strange. I entered your answers into the come to Canada tool to check and it came out as eligible. Maybe try again, in case there was a typo or error last time.

Good luck!

Thanks but i have done it several times from different browsers.from pc and mob and everytime result turns out "not eligible".

I will try again . But away from that shall i focus on applying direct at pnps or to apply for a job first . Maybe in that case i will guarantee getting my profile in the pool

I also got "ineligible" using the tool.

Eligibility is determined at 2 levels - you first have to be eligible for one of the programs (FSW, CEC, FST), then you have to meet the EE criteria.

Have you checked your points under the FSW program? You need a minimum of 67 points under the FSW criteria to be eligible.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

You can improve both your FSW and EE score if you improve your language test scores.

Thanks alot . if i got band score 7 in ielts i will be eligible.

But what about obtaining job offer first or applying at provincial programs directly ...i mean is it possible to be nominated or all programs will calculate it same way

This is certainly possible. However, employers must show that they cannot find a Canadian to do the job, before they can hire a foreign worker (that is part of the LMIA process). With your NOC, that is not likely to happen.

There are express entry streams, for which you must be accepted as a candidate first. There are also the "traditional" or non-EE streams. Every provincial program is different... I don't know which, if any, are available to individuals with no Canadian experience. You can explore the programs starting here -
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/index.asp

There is also a separate forum for Provincial Nominees -
