Help Help reapply for 3rd time study visa refusal

Hello,

I am 33 years old, applied for study visa to do a masters program in Canada. Admission from college already secured and one year fees paid upfront plus I have 10000 Canadian dollars in my account. I am not applying’ from my home because I studied medicine in the country i’m now applying from. I got rejected 3 times . I addressed all the issues the first two times . Now the reason they gave us that they are not sure i will leave Canada after studies. Even though I presented documents of my 9 year old son back in my home country( Single parent). Also I’m being sponsored by my elder sibling. So how do I make it clear to the visa officer that my intentions are genuine ?
I applied first two times through vfs and the third online. Do I need an agent or what must I do to rectify this issue.

The ties to your country is weak. The fact that you are studying medicine in a different country and you plan to study again in Canada. Even if you have a child you still choose to stay away from your home county.

No I didn’t get any GMC notes. I just addressed the reasons and reapplies but was met with the sa

I have property back home which I didn’t state in my application and some savings but not much.
Also my next course in Canada is a modular course that allows me to shuffle between Canada and my home country.

My case is bit similar to yours. my age is 24 years and i also completed my medical course in other country in 2018 and i am single. but after completion of my studies i returned to India and applied from here and i got Canadian visa approved within 23 days.

Directly ? Or through an agent ?
