My application was cancelled because I did not provide form IMM 5409. (Stat declaration CommonLaw Union). Didn't realise it was mandatory.
I have been invited again. I'm not sure whether the answers to the following statutory questions will change.
1)have you ever been refused a visa or permit denied entry or ordered to leave canada?
2)Have you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Prior to these cancellation, I have never been refused or rejected any visa to any country.
