Help help ..!!!College Suggestions Required based on profile

Hello Everyone
I am planning for Ms in computer science for this jan 2020 intake
I have done my bachelors in the stream of Information Technology with 8.37 CGPA and
No of backlogs without repetition are 9 and iam 2019 June passed out
My overall IELTS score is 6.5
With listening 7.0 and reading, writing, speaking 6.5
I just want to know that what all colleges will give me admissions.

seeing your profile it looks like yours backlogs may create a problem with some colleges as no of backlogs shoudn tbe more than 6 . but there are a lot of collleges which give admissions irrespective of backlogs .

and also the problem could also come up with visa file as immigration officer may reject on the basis of transcripts. but you can always avoid that with a impressive SOP.
