HELP !! Got Refusal should Re-apply VISA ASAP for SEP-2016 or Next session !??

My Visa refused on 2AUG under SPP category.

Options left

1. Re-Apply ASAP under non SPP category. (explaining all the refusal points in SOP ).
2. wait for CAIPS notes, defer sep-16 intake and reapply according to caips notes for next Fall intake.

Or other suggestions are welcome.

Please HELP me.

go for january intake.. i guess re applying again for sept intake may cause another rejection
