Hi everybody,
I hope you're gonna be able to help me.
I applied for CEC last July, the application is for me and my common law.
On April 17th, I got medical request for both of us.
On April 25th, I got the biodata and RPRF request,
On the email, it says if I intend to get married prior to becoming a permanent resident, I need to submit a letter advising when and where the marriage will take place.
We're getting married in August in France and leaving Canada on August 3rd.
By looking at the timelines, we should probably getting our PR in June/July, that means we won't be married prior to becoming PRs.
What should I do? Should I just ignore this part? Will it be a problem?
Instead of sending our passports, we will just drive to the US border, will they ask?
Thank you very much
