Help from CanadaVisa team

Dear All,

Has anyone of you had some help from the CanadaVisa team, I mean submitted your application through CanadaVisa, and in particular any help received in finding a job and getting you a job offer from a Canadian employer (getting LMIA and all that).

I am struggling to find a job in Canada, (I'm a UK citizen), have been trying to apply for jobs via LinkedIn and other sites but no luck so far, so just wanted to know if the CanadaVisa team can actually help.

They aren't going to find you a job. They will complete immigration paperwork for you. But it's up to you to find a job.

You should stay away from any immigration consultant who says they can find you a job and LMIA in exchange for money. These are scams.

of course they won't find me a job and LMIA, however they says they can help promote my resume to their industry contacts and through their dedicated recruitment websites etc...

If it is free then it is fine. If not it is a waste of money. How are you sure they market your profile to potential clients?

Now it is very difficult to find a good job in Canada. Most of my friends came back to our home country after the layoff due to oil crisis.
