Help for rejected visitor visa

My visitor visa rejected and I applied for Access their information Act so that can find what's the real reason of rejection around 1 month ago.
Can someone plz tell me/ send link how can I check the status of my application to find out what's going on? Thank

If it’s been more than 1 month, try to send an email (hit reply to the confirmation) to follow up. That’s the only way. There is no status tracker for ATIP requests.

If you have GC key account, you can find the detials of your refusal in a letter attached to your status or apply for GCMs notes.

1. You really can't as you designated your agent as your representative, so the visa office will only deal with the representative.
