Help for previuos study To get visa

Hi Experts
I want to ask that i have passed my 11th and 12th .Now i want apply for Computer Systems Technician – Networking in Centenial collage..
The requirment of this course is English and maths.As you see that Computer Systems Technician – Networking is Computer field but i dont have any computer study related subject in my 11th and 12th Grades.My previuos course is Arts .
So experts please help me what to do .Should i change my course in 11th and 12th to make some subject in computer or what
