Hi everyone! I am planning to pass my application for CEC this april. But I want to make sure that im in the right path..
Sorry for my questions and your reply will be appreciated.
1;I worked as a cooked from Oct. 2010 to May 2012- Am I eligible?

2;I quit to my past employer last May 2012 because of my chef. though my workpermit expired last january 2013. And i got my EI from May 2012 - Dec 2012.(cause i got my new employer, my work permit starts dec 2012 - dec 2014). so when i ask my past employer for reference letter and she put evrything in the list:hours, rate, duties and responsibilities etc. but she also put "he left on his own will during the shift and didnt came back until he ask today april 2013." - is it gonna be ok?

3;I took the CELPIP and i got reading-4h (clb 8), writing-3h (clb6), listening-5, speaking-4l (clb 7)- did I pass to my profession?

4; I have a daughter to my ex girlfriend, and I declared her since the first time i came here..(application for visa, tax etc.)- And if I declare her in my application do I have to pass a photo of her? coz her mother dont want to give me anything.

5;As I tried to fill up the form from online some of them are not fit like in schedule A quest#7, quest#8(name of company)quest#12. - can I just write my info after printing my application? (same to my wife?-shes in my country of origin right now with my son)

2 tht should be ok, as a foreign worker we have right to quite the job as our wish if we didn't feel it is not safe environment to work. But the time you as unemployed doesn't countable even you had 2 year work permit with them. you have to have complete min 30 hours per week, and 52 weeks. countable time is the full time working hours with valid work permit wherever you work.

3 yes you pass the Celpip, congratulation

4 you don't need to provide the photo if she won't accompany with you to come to canada.

I will take this opportunity to make sure Im ready to go.

Good, just making sure. It's essential to read the guide first, at least a couple of times and then pick up the checklist.

k here is the list you have to fill

1 Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]

2 Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (if you have more than 5 children)

3 you don't need put N/A, if you are not married sign on section A, if you don't have kids sign section B, finally you have to sign and date section D, you wife need to fill this too. just leave blank the rest column.

4 yes you need pass port copies of all of you. make sure you sign and seal photocopies as a true copy from an attorney.

5 yap you have to pass CLB minimum point 5 from celpip either ielts.

6 definitely you need the job reference letter within last three years. and t4 slip, tax assessment letter, you don't need to attach all pay stub you can attach pay stub within last three months. and work contract.

7 Marriage is not a contract buddy, so need a marriage certificate. (translate and sign as true copy)

8 yes everyones birth certificates. (translate and sign as true copy)

9 you can get canada one if you want, they really don't ask about canada one, as they still can check canada criminal record by them self. but you need Philippine police record.

10 dont need the receipt, just write the date of taken, name and DOB of person appear on the photo.

11 sign up with cic. you can pay online then. you don't need to put another envelop they will send the package to manila after they assess here. you have to send them to sydney, nova scotia.but you have to put address label one in english with you canadian address, other in you native language in Philippine address. put 2 or 3 each address just in case.

If you worked at least 30 hours per week, yes.

It's an irrelevant piece of information that should not affect your application. But I'm amazed you got EI when you voluntarily quit!

If you do NOT include her in your application, you will NEVER be able to sponsor her in the future. Even if she does not accompany you now, you will need to include her information, provide photos and a medical. Otherwise you will have to give up the right to sponsor her in the future. Talk to her mother - wouldn't it be good for the girl's future if she could come to Canada?

Yes. Also, if there is not enough space on the forms, you can always attach extra sheets using plain paper.

one more question guys, in generic application form,. what should i put in quest#4 immigration office requested for processing this application?

some say CIO, some say CPR or my country of residents? pls help..
