Help for CAIP's note

Hi,

Recently I received the CAIP's notes that I had requested for my parent's sponsorship. I am a bit confused to find out exactly how do I know the status of the file. Is there a way to read about the exact status (other than e-cas which always shows IN PROCESS)? My concern is that their medical is valid until July07/2011 only which is pretty close.

Any help would be much appreciated.

when did u beign ur application what VO so we can have an idea parental sponsorship takes longer so a lil nore info

I applied in August 2006, and file was sent to New Delhi VO on January 2009.
