My brother and his wife is a dentist from India. I know that they need to have minimum qualifying points around 450 in order to get an Invitation to apply however can someone please tell me if there are any other opportunities or ways to get immigration quickly or improve the score, example provincial nominee, job offer etc. Please advise.
