Nothing is silly. It doesn't matter where you live. It's actually an approximation of your living expenses in Canada. As per CIC web you should enter 10,000 for 1 year course and 20,000 for 2 years course.

As my father has transferred money into my account and my sponsor is my father.

myself, if it is in your account. Provide an affidavit from your father stating that he has provided you with the money for your studies.

One more thing I have to ask is that my brother is US citizen and in the family information form I have written his present US address, What do you think am I doing right? or should I hide it? Will this effect on my visa chances?

Well, Although it weakens the home ties but I would suggest not to provide wrong information. If you show property/business etc as your ties then you will be fine.

Yes dear I am showing my father's business, more than enough property in my own and father's name. Also I am showing job offer after completing my MS from my current employer.

Bro ....My father uses bank acc for business so his balance keeps on changing . I have written in form his mine + his current balance as funds available . If his statement changes not mine do u think it will create problem ?

He should not take out huge amounts. Slight change is acceptable.

1. When you go to Kachehri, they have the affidavit ready in their PC all they need is to change your name and few sentences.
2. Yes, you have to show your sponsor. An affidavit/sponsorship letter from your father should state that he has transfered this much amount from his xyz account with details to the abc account of my son for his studies. He then should write where this money come from, and must clarify that this money is not the part of his business.

Bro I am confused about one thing ......I have to fill temporary residence form schedule 1 (compulsory) along with study permit docs but have to pay only study permit fees not the temp residence fee . Am i correct or wrong?
