I applied for ETA last week and it has been pending since then, I assume it is being flagged for review due to my prior US visa refusal. Anyway I kept checking everyday with the check status tool and also submitted a couple of webforms for enquiry. However this morning when I checked the status it shows as "No matches were found using the criteria provided". I panicked but after several tries (with the same criteria/information) it finally showed my application as pending, everything was fine. However tonight I tried again and it shows again as "No matches were found using the criteria provided". I tried multiple times now and still no show.
I already submitted another webform about this issue... is the system broken? Would it be better if I send another ETA application? I have my trip by mid June, really hoping to make it.
