HELP - ELIGIBILITY NOT MET :(

Just received my gcms notes and it stated there eligibility not met, my score decreases because of education.

Gcms states that my highest education is not equivalent to what I chose. WES assessed my law degree as professional study in law hence I chose professional Degree to obtain a license.

Question is how to ask WES to re-assess my education? Can I still do that at this stage? Probably raise CSE? What is the best step/s to do? Your advice is really appreciated.

You should specify the Canadian Equivalency as specified in the assessment report from WES. I haven't heard of this sort of discrepancy. CIC actually relies on WES assessment so no question of discrepancy.
Well what was specified as Canadian Equivalency in the WES assessment report?

Wes states "four years of professional study in law", and the closest canadian equivalent is professional degree to obtain a license hence I chose this. But, apparently as per the Gcms it is not the equivalent.

You might have to have it reassessed.

Sorry to hear about your eligibility issue. Check <a href="http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/eca-conversion.asp">Educational Credential Assessments – how to read your report</a> to understand how to read your report. I'm not sure you can claim point for "Four years of proffesional study in Law".
